Our service
FindMyACAPlan.com provides general ACA information, estimates, and an opportunity to request contact from a licensed insurance agency. We are not an insurer or a government website. This website does not give insurance advice, determine eligibility, accept an insurance application, or enroll you in coverage.
Estimates and plan information
Results depend on your answers, the coverage year, geographic availability, and the data available when you run the check. Estimates are informational, may be incomplete, and are not quotes, approvals, or guarantees of savings or enrollment eligibility. A plan count describes area availability and does not mean an agency offers every plan. Illustrative plan images are not offers of coverage.
Premium tax credits used in advance are paid to an insurance company toward eligible premiums. The Marketplace determines advance eligibility; the final tax credit is reconciled through your federal tax return. Cost-sharing reductions have separate eligibility and plan requirements. Verify benefits, costs, provider networks, and enrollment requirements before making a decision. Do not cancel existing coverage based on this check.
Licensed agents and referrals
Insurance advice, applications, and enrollment assistance are provided by appropriately licensed agents. The receiving agency is identified on the callback form. Available products may be limited to those it represents. We may be paid for a referral. Insurance availability, coverage, and policy obligations are determined by the applicable insurer and enrollment rules.
Contact permission
Browsing or entering a ZIP code does not itself provide permission for marketing calls or texts. Contact permission is handled separately on the callback form. Withdraw applicable permission through our Do Not Call Policy or by communicating your request to the caller.
Your responsibilities
Use the site as an adult and provide accurate information for yourself or people you are authorized to assist. Do not submit someone else’s contact information without permission. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment credentials, or medical records. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent requests, or use automated activity that disrupts service.
Content and external services
Site content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Carrier names and marks belong to their owners; display alone does not indicate a partnership or endorsement. External sites, including agency and Marketplace websites, have their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and limitations
The website is provided as available. Data sources and features can change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that an estimate will match a final offer. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and questions
